      Hi jnjroach this may sound silly but I can't seem to work out how to create a post. I am having an issue with surface pro 4 in our organisation where the backspace key on does not work on word documents which have a template. The fault replicates over external keyboards too.

      After deleting icloud for windows, my contacts are duplicating in the reminders window only. How do I stop this?

      I recently down loaded icloud for windows on my surface pro 3 (Windows 10). I got rid of it because it does not allow you to use reminders for contacts. After getting rid of the icloud app it has been doubling my reminders in the reminders pop up window.
      How do I stop this?

      Hi, I have noticed that the rear facing camera works but the front facing one will throw an error "Camera won't start" Check to be sure it is connected and installed properly. Error code 0xA00F424A(0x80070032). It works in the video mode though

      Hello, wondering if you know anything about an update for a "battery not detected" issue for SP3? I was told it's being worked on but do you know when it might come out? Should I do a reset? Would that work? Would I lose my Windows 10 and have to reinstall it?

      I have over 500 megs of drivers and firmware what were given to me by a Microsoft rep at the end of October when I had a problem with the WiFi on my SP3. I could upload them to the forum if you think they would be useful

      Win10-9879. I am trying to access a copier at work through the IP Address (https:172.XX.XX.XXX) and getting a Security Certificate error. In 8.1 I get the message "Continue to this website (not recommended)." link that would allow me to continue. I have looked at the Security (Advanced) settings to match what I have in 8.1, still not working. Looked at Win10 forum and there’s another entry but no resolution.

        I was able to import the certificate from the copier, but it still isn't working. Installed Chxxxx and it at least gets me by this. Have asked the vendor if they have a workaround since Chxxxx isn't an approved browser. :) Thanks.

      I purchased 2 new Surface Pro 3's two months ago. One machine is perfect. The other is almost perfect. The only problem is that it charges to 83% and then stops. I then get the "Plugged-in, not charging" indicator. Over the two months, it was 100%, then 92%, then 86% and now 83%. I'm afraid that this max value will continue to fall. I tried hard restart a couple times, but no success. Any ideas of how to resolve?

        Have you done a full reset of the machine that is misbehaving? That is what I would do....if that doesn't fix it, I would contact Microsoft for an exchange....

      I attempted to register over at windowsphoneforum and the human verification is not working in order to complete registration there
      Can you assist?
