notification area

Sometimes when I access the notification sidebar on my SPro6, it won't let me use the quick action buttons. I use the brightness one frequently but it stops working until I reboot. I can access the brightness via the settings / system/ display and it still works, just through the notifications...

I have noticed a disturbing malfunction in the notifications area regarding airplane mode. This button shows that it is "on" while clearly it is not (i.e. both wifi and Bluetooth are operational). In addition, when I go into "settings" the corresponding button is set to "off". Go figure!!!! Any...
