Is it possible to use two external displays with the surface book open such that the surface book is the defacto 3rd monitor? I use two external 1080P displays and I'm tired of logging out and in to fix scaling everytime I detach. I think I could handle setting the SB display as the main display because the start menu is on every monitor, but when I open the SB to use the display it drops one of my external monitors.
