Sp4 i5 256g 8g First SP4: Pre-Ordered several days after it was released, took it back to the ms store a week after I have received it. The camera won't work and drivers keeps failing. Did a reset and nothing worked, they replaced it a new one. Second SP4: Some hardware problem on the screen. There are several bright white dots on the screen, you can see it especially when displaying the color white. The Windows Hello sensor won't turn it self off after login. I talked to the surface answer desk, and they did a factory reset for me, did not work. They processed a advance exchange for me. Third SP4: 5 times in a roll, the screen turns black and becomes unresponsive. The problem occured twice yesterday (I received it yesterday), and 3times today. I don't really know what to do, they said the IT specialist will check the device and make sure it works find before shipping it to me. Should I do another exchange? What if other problem raises on my fourth sp4? What can I say? Its this really a high end device that a big company like Microsoft made? Selling it at a high price with issues and problems that cheap devices make?
