Adobe Reader pen marks do not show up when....

When I open a pdf document in the default pdf reader that came with my MS Pro and use the pen to write on them, no one I send it to sees the writing. Is there a special way I need to save them after writing on PDF documents?

Hi rolivetti - I just tested the same on my Surface Pro, and found that writing over a pdf using Microsoft's PDF reader works fine.
Remember you need to save it to retain the changes (I normally 'Save As' and add a -mod(initials). Also you may want to double check that Permissions are such that allow you to add notes and highlight.
