Any tablet or2-in-1 has Windows 8.1 Pro?

Not the regular Win8.1, but Win8.1 Pro that lets you join a network domain. I went to Dell and the Surface Pro website and couldn't find any option to install Win8.1 Pro on on the Dell Venue or the Surface Pro 3. Did I miss something?

Win8.1 Pro is standard on Surface Pro 3 not sure about Dell

All Surface Pros come with Windows Pro, hence the "Pro" in the name.

You can configure the thinkpad yoga to come with Windows 8.1 Pro.

You can get the pro-pack upgrade for $99, and turn any windows 8 machine into pro, as long as it's hardware will support it, right?
