Anyone else have trouble with Microsoft complete accidental protection?

After buying my Surface 3 today, I called Microsoft to get Microsoft Complete care to protect it. They charged me the $105 after tax, but then they were unable to connect it to my device because they said since it just came out today, their system wasn't yet able to do it for some reason. They gave me a case # and told me to call back in a few days. Anyone else have this trouble?

No, because I bought it when I bought the device. Call them back in a few days. I'm sure they will take care of it.
