Hi Jobjob, welcome to the forum.

    What antivirus do you use?

I believe the line "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f)" is the culprit.

I found many other people experiencing this issue on Windows 8 machines. Several of them reported that the issue was the antivirus program interfering with WiFi and other systems on the machine.

There were other causes than the antivirus of course.

Let us know what you are using, and any other details you can provide, such as if you know does it always reboot after a specific period of time? Is it completely random?

If you are a "careful" or "discerning" user on the Internet, then the built-in Windows Defender would probably be enough for you. If you still wanted another AV though, I would disable Defender before I let another AV run on your SP3.

I was also experiencing similar crashes during sleep. Sometimes 10 times a day, then it would be fine for a week.

The firmware reset with volume/power button solution seems to have worked so far for me (2 days), but it could also be a coincidence considering my previous encounters with the problem.

Unfortunately it restarted once today....but definitely not offen than before...so should i uninstall all AV and just using widows defender or perform a factory reset?

The issue with all 3rd Party A/V is that it needs to be updated to support Connected Standby enabled machines, it looks like there is contention between S0iX Firmware/OS trying to suspend the Win32 binary (which is something some malware attempts to do) and the Security Suite causing a Bug-check.

Defender and MS Endpoint Protection are both CS Aware....others are having luck with the latest versions of AVG and Avast.

that's really frustrating... when you buy a tablet like sp3 you would definitely don't want to always turn it on and off...the restart issues is really annoying.....anyway now i'm trying AVG free edition and let see...
