Hello,
So I got Surface Pro 3 on black friday. I had Surface Pro 2. I noticed the write speeds are pretty bad. I am using AS SSD and it peaks at 130MB/s. My older surface pro 2, had 3X the speed. It is also noticeable when installing updates.
I have 128GB 4GB RAM with Samsung SSD.
I also turned off bitlocker which barely gave me another 10+ MB/s
