I own a surface 3 2GB RAM 64GB HDD one. Can i upgrade its ram to 4GB ?
Not easily as far as I am aware the ram is soldered to the board.
It is a little known fact that there is a "business" version of the Surface 3 that includes 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage and Windows Pro for $550. This would reduce the cost of getting a Surface 3 with 4 GB of RAM.
This version is not offered by retailers - only firms that cater to businesses. One example is CDW, who offers the Win 8.1 version at www.cdw.com/shop/products/Microsoft-Surface-3-64GB-tablet/3674365.aspx?pfm=srh. I didn't find a Win 10 version at their site.
Tongue in cheek...yes...but you will have to buy a new device which has 4GB RAM...otherwise no!
