Kingston & Sandisk are currently the only vendors offering 128GB. All others are scam's which shall be avoided. Read reviews on Amazon ... stay away.
It is your data, you may consider paying more and choose a vendor with reputation.

first off they don't sell any 128GB cards here in cananda secondly it's NOT that I cannot afford to buy them, I's just I can't justify paying the prices on the cards when there is no fabrication difference between a 64GB and a 128GB yet they sell the 128GB at a ridiculous inflated prices! I guess I will have to wait till the prices drop a bit to a more reasonable price...

Sorry I wasn't suggesting that you couldn't afford it. Anyone who can afford a Microsoft Surface can obviously afford to buy microSD card. I just got burned buying off EBay and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same thing as I did. I agree with you... the 128gb price point is not worth it at this current point. Just get a 64gb for cheaper until 128gb price drops. Since you are in Canada keep on the look out for NCIX/Future Shop or Canada Computers. BTW...NCIX does sell the 128gb card here in Canada: http://www.ncix.com/detail/sandisk-mobile-ultra-128gb-microsdxc-f4-98603-1303.htm

Your last point I do not agree with. There is obviously a fabrication difference between 64gb and 128gb--the flash memory is much smaller in the 128gb. If there wasn't a difference, then all microSD manufacturers would offer 128gb size. As other posters have commented currently only Kingston and SanDisk offer 128gb for a reason.

I was thinking to utilize the task scheduler, but this is going beyond my knowledge. I do not want to use a hotkey (this is already implemented in Windows (Win+Space), I want this to be triggered automatically.

No sorry necessary, I wasn't offended in any way just clarifying things ;) sometimes I come off abrasive but I'm really not lol :D

Turned out his "32gb" microSD cards were just rebadged 1gb microSD cards.

This is what I've heard most often about the eBay SD cards.

It started with USB thumb drives, when they were just getting popular, some shady eBayers sold a whole bunch of them as very high capacity, when in fact they were low capacity. The worst part was that they were modified somehow to not only show properly in My Computer, but would actually just overwrite your data as the drive got full!

The best advice I can give when buying expensive storage devices, or expensive devices in general, try to get it SOLD by Amazon. Easiest thing in the world when it breaks.

Even though you live in Canada where they don't sell 128 gb cards, can't you shop on Amazon?

Well like I said...the 128gb may be harder to find here in Canada but OP could purchase from the following Canadian retailers:

Amazon.ca - $129.95
http://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00...pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=1687860482&pf_rd_i=915398

Canada Computers - $134.99
http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=11_1216_175_177&item_id=074869

NCIX - $119.99
http://www.ncix.com/detail/sandisk-mobile-ultra-128gb-microsdxc-f4-98603-1303.htm

I don't think availability in Canada is the issue. OP is mainly objecting about the price. And perhaps he wants a more convenient location.
