Display issue, no physical damage

Just went to use my SP3 yesterday and this is what I open it up to...

They look almost like brush strokes. Recommendations?

Most of this is hardware error. May be your hdd error, or driver setting error, or mainboard drop voltage.
, and sometime is RAM error. How long have been used it, sir?

The SP3 is about 24-26 months old. Windows 10 install is 6 months old.

Should I try a clean install? If I load into safemode, would that be a clear indication if it's hardware failure? If it is hardware failure, what's the recommendation for repair?
