Do i have the right update for 8.1?

here is the updates i have, i tried to install Windows8-RT-KB2871389-x86.msu but it would not let me, and get a error message saying update was not applicable so i tried the code ms-windows-store:WindowsUpgrade but it just takes me to the store but no update page. what do i do?
