Been trying to set up my email on the new Surface RT. Until now, I was using Outlook Express w/XP on a netbook My provider is comcast.net. My account there is a sub of of my wife's. I open the Mail tile on the Start screen and it tells me to add my email account. Outlook Express doesn't appear on the list. When I get to the "Add Other Account" screen, I enter my email address and my Comcast password. The screen tells me it is adding my account, but nothing happens. Comcast uses the POP3 server.

    Any suggestions?

    Welcome to this forum. :)
This questions was answered in another thread: Surface NEEDS to be able to use a Pop3 Account.
Just to sum it up: At the time there's no support of POP3-protocol. In the aforementioned thread you'll find some workarounds.
