Equalizer for Surface RT

I am looking for an app, or maybe a way to hack and install a desktop app to control audio output for my tablet. I like to play music over speakers but the bass is monstrous and there isn't an app I could find (even Media Monkey) that will do the trick. I remember having an iPhone and playing music over the same speakers, but it was good because it had an equalizer with bass reduce. I was hoping to do the same with the Surface RT, because my subwoofer is turned all the way down and I am not looking to get new speakers
