I am trying to down load pics off my camera. Loaded a few, worked fine. The second time was MVI_1203.MOV would not and gave me this message: "we can't get to this file because this PC has blocked access to it. Check with this PC for more info." ???
1. How do I get rid of the error message?
2. Do I need to be on line to work with pics and downloading pics?
3. Does anyone know it there is a PDAnet tether for my HTC ONE? I use that on my desk top dell and its awesome.
