How crazy is that! It's almost as crazy as not being able to set an alarm for the morning without leaving the SP powered up all night! Android wins hands-down in this regard. Surely the mighty brain of Microsoft could fix this!

If the BBC would port their Xbox App to Windows 10 it would work the way you want. As for the alarm that too would work but you would need to disable Hibernation....
