I use SURFACE PRO4. When I press the SHIFT,ALT,CTRL or the Windows key, I get an annoying bubbles, and it displays the key and hang up.
How do I turn this off?
I use 3D or 2D graphics software, the bubbles block images. I don't know how I open it, I can't seem to find it anywhere on Google. Thanks for any help in advance.

I modified your title a little. That prefix is reserved for tutorials.

Typically, you can do from the OSK Keyboard, usually hitting the ESC Key on the OSK. Sometimes this requires a reboot to clear. Unfortunately this phenomenon has happened since the XP TabletPC days....the other one gets stuck is the "Windows Key".
