I've seen no malice in any of our thread, one can't assume the OP has done all of the due diligence (even seasoned pros forget the basics). You are asking for community assistance and as far as I know, no one here is the employ of Microsoft we are just enthusiasts. I hear ya, you had an expectation in the device that isn't met and has soured your experience overall but we are attempting to help.
