how do you wipe your personal data and return to original configs

I need to retun the device that I used. How do I make sure no one can restore my data?

Swipe from right, Settings, Change PC Settings, Recovery, Remove everything and reinstall Windows.
Follow the prompts.
There's an option to do a secure erase if you want... IDK how long that takes.
Make sure is plugged in.

Firmware, yes....drivers and OS Updates no...
