Just wondering if there is a way to open an app and have it snap straight away?

For example, if hit start and click to open Calculator, chances are I don't want to have Calculator open full screen, I want it to compliment the other work I'm doing.

Can I directly open Calculator (or other app) and choose to snap it straight away? Or must I open it, and then snap whatever I had open originally? Seems a bit counter intuitive.

I don't think you can do it the way you said, easiest is to be in the main app already - say internet explorer, and then snap this open app by dragging from the top to the left or right. This will leave you a blank space. Tap this blank space to be taken to the start screen, then tap on calculator, which will now fill that blank space from earlier.

Yeah I think the counter intuitive way is the only way.
