It seems it's only on the fast ring.

I haven't seen it show up yet, but I've only checked for updates a hundred times, not my usual thousands by now.

I've got it installed on my SP3, will do my S3 tonight. Edge is improved from a performance standpoint, colors are nice....

Pen top button finally opens OneNote Desktop Version

    update:
Office 365 registration did not work anymore after update, had to uninstall and reinstall Office 365 again - finally registration works - but now button does not open OneNote Desktop anymore.

This alone is a tempting reason to go back to being an insider...

Working very well for me on the SP3 and the MacBook Pro Retina. Seems my WiFi is about 8% to 10% faster. Firmware 7/23/2015 update follows. Again.

VPN makes it through with no trouble.
In fact, now after disconnecting VPN, the WiFi adapter is quicker at taking back the connection.
