Anyone else notice just how much better the pen recognition and general performance is in the journal app vs full one note? There is more pen lag in One Note, and I almost prefer using Journal because of this for taking notes. Anyone else notice this?

Journal uses the Windows Ink API and OneNote (and Office in general) uses its own Ink API. There are things you can do to improve performance in OneNote, such as disabling Pressure sensitivity, Changing performance on battery, etc.
