Getting constant requests to open/save .js files from adv.youtube.com. tried rebooting, searching for open app that causes this, no luck. How do I stop this?

Are you blocking Ads? adv.youtube.com is their Ad server attempting to inject a JavaScript Ad into the stream....

Far as I know, I'm not blocking ads. How do that?

Not using edge. Went to privacy charm, added all the blockers, still getting .js files from YouTube about every 15 seconds.

Original RT or Surface 2? Do you have any pending updates?

Think it is Desktop IE. IE opens everytime I open a web site.
