Before Windows 10: MS Wireless Display adapter outputs to 720p on my 1080p monitor with bluetooth mouse present.

After Windows 10: Problem solved. Now the WDA outputs to 1080p on my monitor even with my bluetooth mouse present.

While it occurred when moving to windows 10, isn't this simply because of intel drivers?

yes i think it was just the intel video driver issue. windows 10 has the new drivers
but i noticed another problem, the screen would freeze but the mouse would continue to move. Makes it look like the system is frozen but it is not. The mouse moves on a frozen background. I had duplicated the displays and on the SP3 screen everything was normal, but on the projected screen the output was frozen except for the mouse movement.
