Kindle app help

    I have had no problems with it until I bought this book.

    It only displays blue background where the texts are and no text at all.bPlayed with the settings but nothing helps.

    Maybe the download was corrupted? I don't know how the Kindle app works exactly, but you might try deleting it from your collection and download it again.

    Not all titles are compatible with the Windows 8.1/RT version of the Kindle App.

    Had it refunded. That kinda sucks. These are the times I feel we SUrface users are left behind by the app makers.

    Reading it on my Nook which actually is a better looking app.

    I like the NOOK App better as well, we just have a large Kindle Library.
