Kindle & Nook app question

    We're is the directory or storage area of your books located on the drive? I want to manually add books to it or can I?

    They don't use traditional storage... it is all XML Data. With that said, you import DRM Free ePubs and PDFs within the Nook App. Kindle doesn't allow side loading with their Windows 8 App. If you are using a Pro or Pro 2 you can install the x86 Kindle App and that does support sire loading .mobi files

    So how would you load a mobi file if you had it?

    Book Bazaar supports MOBI Files....
