Looking for a good planner app

Hey there everyone, Ive been a surface owner for quite some time and recently switched over to a Nokia Lumina 920. I got to say I love the Lumina its exactly what I need and the metro looks awesome to me.

I was wondering though if anyone knew of a good planner/agenda/calendar app. One that could synch across several devices mostly across my surface pro 2 and Lumina 920. If anyone knows of an app like this or if the Microsoft calendar app can do this that would be awesome.

You Outlook.com Calendar does exactly this....using OneNote integration with the Outlook Client for notes and planning saved to SkyDrive you can have tasks and notes, etc.
