losing sound

Can anyone help me please. Ive had this surface pro 3 since march 2015.
The sound works fine then the next time I switch on its gone. I follow the recovery procedure but after 12 times and reloading all my software its becoming a drag. Microsoft technical have been hopeless. Unless its a quick fix I will be going for a refund as its not fit for purpose.

Speakers now working reset defaults and drivers

Now we can't get the dam thing to play music and radio via Bluetooth to my Bluetooth ready and enabled Bose system.

It works through the I phone and all other android devices in the home . Anybody have any views?
