Magnifier Problem - turns on after sleep and exits to start menu

Hi,

When i use the WIN and + key to open the magnifier it works fine, when I goto exit it with WIN and ESC key, it exits, but then it goes to the Windows start page which I have to manually then exit to get back to the application/program I was originally using the Magnifier on.

The second problem is that when I put the device to sleep e.g close it, then I Open it and power on, the magnifier comes on by itself, and I have to exit it.

How do I fix this?

Sounds like its in Docked Mode which should be changeable in the views selection or settings.
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/use-magnifier-see-items. other settings may also need adjustment to your preferences.
