If I can't reliably hover over the Trackpad while I type without having the cursor jump all over the place, then that thing will remain off! They also need to address that issue.

I am so very convinced that no one properly tested the device because the issue can so easily be replicated.

Well, all I can day is that I love the trackpad of my Acer S3 which happens to be Elan. Supports all the single finger, multi finger, middle finger :D gestures, swipes. I can also change sensitivity and rejection settings.
