Microsoft Surface RT: How to create a restore image that contains Wifi Settings

Hi,

I am newbie in here, so please apologize if i make some mistake in posting a thread in the wrong room.
I got Microsoft Windows Surface RT and I would like to create restore image on the USB that contains all of my Wifi settings.
Is this possible? Or do I have to use a third party software for this one?

instead of giving you a lone step by steps make a trip to MICROSOFT
STORE (if there is one close to you) they will show you step by step
I am quite sure they still can help you with your RT.
