MindManager 15 crash on Ink to Text

My new SP3 i5 crashes every time I ink text or a picture in MindManager's Pen Mode. I've got a support ticket into MindJet (makers of MindManager) but their help so far is CanNotDuplicate.

Any suggestions here for debugging this on my own?

Inking in MindManager is a killer app for me and my new SP3, so this start is a disappointment. Now if OneNote did mind mapping....

Is this as in mindjet mind manager? I encountered so many crashes on the sp3 just using keyboard input that I gave up using it.

Yes, Mindjet's MindManager software. Keyboard input works well for me. Maybe we can combine our two systems and get one that works?

Actually, in Pen Mode, the pen gestures to navigate around the map all work fine. But ink to text is the killer app for a tablet doing mind mapping, so...

Since this is not a specific SP3 issue the thread is moving to x86 apps.
