Will your "hope" turn into "dismay" if the Surface Mini runs Windows RT? ...if the RT version debuts at $350? What if the Surface Mini runs Windows x86 but costs $400? ...supports Wacom but the stylus is a $40 accessory?

The Surface line of tablets are intended to be premium devices. How big of a market is there for a premium 8" Windows tablet?

I was actually hoping it would be premium... the more premium the better IMO. I can only speak for myself but I would probably buy one.

I hope Microsoft releases a Mini, but if they don't it really won't effect me much... My iPad mini retina does everything I need it to. Plus I understand if they aren't ready to compete... They should just hold off till they're ready.

    Take your time Elop...
