I was using my i5/4/128 this morning. Battery was low but then it powered down a bit quicker than I expected. Put in dock to charge. When it re-started all my MUI apps gave me 'Problem with this app. Contact your system administrator', noticed it first with Music app. I uninstalled the Music app and then re-installed it - no different although that did work with Facebook app. Restarted it. Now Windows Store says it can't start either and it suggest a Refresh ! Help !?!? Would a Refresh wipe apps and desktop s/w ? Not sure what else to try and am very confused is it was all fine before power down.
