Solved Modern apps gone crazy !

I was using my i5/4/128 this morning.

Battery was low but then it powered down a bit quicker than I expected.

Put in dock to charge.

When it re-started all my MUI apps gave me 'Problem with this app. Contact your system administrator', noticed it first with Music app.

I uninstalled the Music app and then re-installed it - no different although that did work with Facebook app.

Restarted it.

Now Windows Store says it can't start either and it suggest a Refresh !

Help !?!?

Would a Refresh wipe apps and desktop s/w ?

Not sure what else to try and am very confused is it was all fine before power down.

Assuming you've rebooted again since the problem... Try Restore Point???

Refresh will leave an HTML list of desktop apps not reinstalled on the desktop assuming they add themselves as they should in the program list. others you'll have to keep track of yourself. Store Apps will get pseudo installed. you'll see an icon/tile for them with an indicator by it... they will get installed on first use.

Restore from desktop did it. Should have thought of that ! (but that maybe shows how even for an experienced user the MUI apps seem to be off by themselves !)

Thanks
