Hi. New to the Surface 2. I like what I see, except for one huge thing. When I load Xbox music and scroll through my artist, it will often take up to 7 seconds to load the next few artists in the next letter. It is making it impossible to use.

Is this normal? I have 400 plus artist. Still way too slow.

    Thanks

A Surface or Surface Pro? If it's the Pro, do you know if it has the older Intel 4200 CPU or the upgraded 4300?

Go to your Control Panel, Index Options and be sure that you have added your music location to the locations that you want to index, that will speed up the system a little bit.
