Need the original pen for SP1

I recently bought an used Surface Pro1 from eBay for $240 CDN + taxes.
It comes with a backlit type cover. 64 GB Ram 128 GB storage.
I have no issue using it.
However, it does not come with the pen.

I am looking for the original pen with an attachment point and an eraser.
Only one found in eBay is from China and it will take 30-45 days shipping. It does NOT have an eraser.
That's too much to swallow.

Anyone has a better lead for me ?
Thank you.

Any Wacom Bamboo Feel (Not Bamboo) or Penable Pen will work on the original Surface Pro...

Update ................

I eventually bought a pen but not the "original" version.
It has the eraser but no "attachment point".

I have a newbie question :
Please see the screenshot below..................
What are those "accessories" for ?
I imagine there are replacement tips, but how do I "replace" if I need to ?
And, what is that metal ring for ?

The "ring" is used to replace the nib (the tip that you ink with) in the pen using it like tweezers, the bundle are replacement "nibs", depending on how much you use the pen, you'll replace the nib every 6-8 months.

Thank you.
RE : replace the nib every 6-8 months
I am not what they call "power user". I use computers only for normal household chores, i.e. emailing, net surfing. I don't even do powerpoint presentations anymore.
So, I will be using the pen only sparingly. So how do I know "when" to replace ?
I mean, is there "sign" to indicate "bad" nib and that it is time to replace ?

Typically ink bleed (when it stats inking before touching the screen) or vectoring (when writing the ink stroke goes off at an angle toward the bottom of the screen).
