Ok guys, I'm officially confused about all this firmware.
Right now I received a new firmware update with the date 11 feb 2014.
The version actually installed in my surface 2 pro is 2.04.0450 (that should be the March 2014 version).

How can windows update ask to me to install an older version?
    Someone has the same problem?
I have to install it or is better hide and ignore it?

Thanks to everyone who can light me up!!!!!!!

Not experiencing anything like this, are you installing the Intel Reference Video Driver after the Firmware Updates?

I only installed the March update and nothing else (only the defender's definitions)

Typically you are offered updates based on the Driver/Firmware Versioning and the Installed Updates XML Files (What installed), somehow yours is not seeing one of the two...

Yes, that is what my Firmware Version is, but these Firmware Updates include Firmware for Touch and Type Covers as well as driver packages. When you did the February and/or March Updates did you have your cover attached or perhaps a different cover?

Same update appeared in my update list. So it isn't specific to you.

Does your SP2 have the older 4200 CPU or the new 4300?

Did you try just letting it update?
