This doesn't appear to be Windows 10 compatible.

I have installed this driver. No obvious problem has "Surfaced" to date.

    Driver Version: 15.40.4.64.4256
    Release Date: July 24, 2015

Installed over the Windows 10 default driver. Let's see if all works well :)

I am particularly interested in the "auto luminosity / contrast" adjustments (not the auto brightness option), which I was not able to turn off when using Windows 8.1. I normally walk configure display settings using this "control panel" app (which gets installed alongside the Intel driver):

    C:\Windows\System32\Gfxv4_0.exe

The problem that I have with this driver is that you can't create a custom resolution as the standard timing field has disappeared :( I can't see any advantage over the Microsoft driver for now.

Thats odd. I am on 15.40.4.64.4256 and I can and have created custom resolutions. I am wondering if I am on and earlier variant of this #4256 driver though as I have been using it for a week or more now.

So you have the standard timings field appear when you create a custom resolution?

Which Surface Pro 3 have you got? Mine has the HD4400 in it.

There are several threads on this issue on the Intel forums as well.
