That's the only on-screen keyboard that will allow me to do Ctrl+Alt+Del

I also find it useful when scrolling web pages, and I need to get back to the top (Facebook for instance).
I have mine setup so I can recall that particular keyboard by pressing the Windows Button on the bezel + Volume Up key.
The keyboard pops up, I press the Home key to quickly jump back to the top of the page, and close it when done.
I configured mine by going to Control Panel > Ease of Access > Ease of Access Center > ...scroll down and select "Make touch and tablets easier to use" > ... choose On-Screen Keyboard in the drop down menu > Apply

Hmm, looks like they have moved things around.

As cdf3 says, need to go to the desktop Ease of Access Centre (ironic really) then 'make touch tablets easier to use' at the bottom
