    Hi,

The option I would like to set to be able to upload/download files on a metered connection but leave OneDrive synch on metered turned off aren't available.

    I have this

    upload_2014-9-11_13-36-48.png

So the option I want (top one) is greed out.

    Any idea why ?

I presume there will be a way to set it in the registry and I can find a key.

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SkyDrive\Controller

    That has a synchonetered dword

But not sure what I would add to get upload and download switched on.

Basically I want to be to get at my files on a metered connection but not have a whole synch going on ! upload_2014-9-11_13-36-48.png

Sync is just your passwords, favorites and settings....

You could be in control if you log out, log in when you need it, but that may cause other issues.
