Maybe try uninstalling/reinstalling?
OP G gman713 Member Dec 23, 2014 #14 I tried that but it doesn't fix the problem. I found my answer on the Microsoft Onenote FAQs - it states that password unlock is not supported on the Microsoft OneNote app - use the Android or iOS app as an alternative solution.
