Congratulations to all the owners of Surface! Wishing you to enjoy your hands-on experience
I am also consider buying a Surface, but I live in Russia, and MS is just in process of making a decision on selling Surfaces here in 2013...
So my question - is it able to switch interface and keyboard language into, say, Russian or Ukrainian.
I saw a comprehensive tutorial here (Windows 8 language packs are available), but ask somebody with a live device in hands just check that Russian for UI+keyboard is really included.
