Hi all First of all, many thanks for the contributions on this forum. I have picked up some fantastic tips. I received the Surface Pro 3 a few days ago. I set up the native mail app with my two Gmail accounts and also my work Office 365 account The Gmail accounts work absolutely perfectly but there seems to be a problem with the folders on the Office 365 account. My subfolders appear underneath my Inbox in both the Office 365 web application and also the desktop version of Outlook. On the surface, only 3 folders out of the usual 23 have appeared. Is there any reason for this? I tried adding a new subfolder on Outlook and it did indeed appear on the Surface but now my problem is all the older folders. Any help greatly appreciated.
