Problems with the ESC button on SL2

Hello! I have a problem with a button ESC on my new SL2. It's hard to push it. It feels like it's stuck. Is it possible to solve this situation? How can I open the button? Many thanks for suggestions.

Sounds like some piece of debris got in the works. Not sure if the key caps are removable - I own a Surface Book 2.
