    Hi,

I'm thinking of getting a SP4 for drawing in Manga Studio Pro, Photoshop, modeling in Maya, Zbrush, etc. I prefer the screen and form-factor of this device over the Wacom Cintiq Companion 2. However, I know that I will miss having hardware buttons for shortcuts when the keyboard is detached. These are found on things like the Cintiq Companion.

I was thinking that I could buy one of those small, one-handed bluetooth keyboards (normally to accompany a phone, I think) to use in this capacity. Then I was thinking that maybe I could use something like my PS4 Dualshock 4 controller instead. Has anyone tried this - to use the controller outside of a game for application shortcuts? Don't even really know where to start looking for information on this so I thought I'd ask here!

    Thanks

    Hi,

Replying to myself here. Found a YT video describing a solution. Doesn't sound perfect, but I will try it when I actually get my surface.
