You'll need Server 2016 to accomplish that...Server 2012 R2 has Touch Aware RDP but not ink remoting, that is introduced via NT 6.3

    Welcome to the forum Phil.

Moving this from SP4 to the SP3 Windows 10 section.

What about the tablet input panel, TIP. In my windows 7 machine I can write into the TIP then input that text. Is there some equivalent for my setup, again SP3/ server 2012 r2

Nope.... I'm not able to get the OSK to work on an RDP session to Server 2012 R2 using Windows 10. I need to bring up the Accessibility OSK on the remote server...
