S3 does not drive down

Hi

I have my S3 now for three weeks and have besides other things the problem that I sometimes cannot shut down the S3. Then it simply hangs and you can wait and nothing happens (circular running waiting symbol). The only method to shut it down is to press the power swich for a while and make a hard reset. I do not think that this is a good idea.

I never hat a similar problem on my desktop with Windows 8.1. It only askes me to shut down apps and programms.

Any suggestions what I can do?

If you're up to date on everything, it may be best to just do a reset. That will most likely clear up the problem.
