SB2 15 intermittent touchpad/keyboard lag

Does anyone else have slight touchpad/keyboard lag intermittently, as in every few seconds or so (but not regularly)? It's basically a rubber band-like effect when moving the mouse (which makes it hard to hit specific spots on occasion) and the keyboard falls just slightly behind (causing typos).
I'm not sure, but it might have started after the Meltdown/Spectre updates. It's just enough to be distracting.

Quick update: apparently, it's happening when Edge is open and sites are open (such as this one, ironically) -- even when Edge isn't in the foreground. Close Edge, and it doesn't seem to recur. Weird.
Edit: Strike that, it's not Edge. But it's definitely annoying.

Just wanted to bump this one real quick -- is nobody else seeing it?

There's a Microsoft Community thread about it (Surface Book 2 Trackpad and Keyboard Lag) along with a Reddit thread (Surface book 2 touchpad pointer lag • r/Surface) so I'm surprised nobody here is seeting this.
