We have CRM and I can log into it just fine on my laptop. I am also running CRM via outlook 2013 with zero problems. However, when I try to access CRM via the webportal, I get an error that says, "Access denied, you do not have sufficient access rights or privileges to perform this action". and yes, I am typing the exact same username and password that works on the exact same page on my laptop. Any thoughts?

What version of CRM are you using? If it is 3.0 or 4.0 you may need to put the portal into compatibility mode from the Desktop version of IE.
